Cancellation Policy

📅 Cancellations & No-Shows 24-hour notice is required for daycare cancellations 48-hour notice is required for boarding cancellations Late cancellations or no-shows may result in: A %50__ cancellation fee of the total, or credit for next slumber party. 💵 Payments Payment is due at drop-off (or in advance, if you prefer) Accepted payment methods: [Cash, Cash App, Venmo, etc.] Late payments may result in refusal of future services 🐶 Behavior & Safety Dogs must be non-aggressive and socialized If a dog shows aggressive or unsafe behavior: Owner will bel contacted immediately Dog may need to be picked up early Future services may be declined 🩺 Health Requirements Dogs must be: Up-to-date on vaccinations (Rabies, DHPP, Bordetella) Free of fleas, ticks, and contagious illness Sick dogs will not be accepted for care 🦴 Personal Items Owners may bring personal items (blanket, toy), but: Happy Tails Care KC is not responsible for lost or damaged items 🍽️ Food & Feeding Owners must provide food for boarding stays Feeding instructions must be clearly labeled Additional fees may apply if food is not provided 🐾 Extended Stays / Boarding Boarding is charged per night Pickups after a certain time (ex: noon) may result in an additional daycare fee 📸 Updates Photos/videos may be shared with owners and/or posted unless declined 🚨 Right to Refuse Service Happy Tails Care KC reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services at any time for: Safety concerns Aggressive behavior Health concerns Policy violations
